Who We Are

Novachrome by Posy Exchange is where creativity meets purpose.

What began in 2017 as Posy Exchange started with a simple desire to approach events differently. Built on creative curiosity and a love for impactful environments, our early work focused on visually striking, photo-worthy installations that helped moments feel considered and intentional.

As our perspective expanded, so did our work. We moved beyond décor into full-scale events and brand activations — experiences designed to challenge expectations and reimagine how people interact with a space. Over time, our projects evolved into immersive environments shaped by brand identity, storytelling, and engagement.

In 2021, we introduced Novachrome, expanding our creative toolkit and deepening our focus on how brands show up in the physical world. Today, as Novachrome by Posy Exchange, we bring together years of experiential insight to design moments that feel dynamic, thoughtful, and culturally relevant.
